Portfolio Systems Customization Process

At Portfolio Systems we strive to make the customization as simple as possible. Here are the steps we use to ensure every order is completed accurately and with the highest quality in mind:

Step 1 - Place your order.

You can either place your order online (click here for custom order form) or you may call us at 800-752-6448 and we'll be happy to walk you through the options.

All custom orders require payment up front, prior to beginning art layout and production.

Step 2 - Send us your artwork.

All logo art must be in a vector format, preferably black and white. Original versions created in Adobe Illustrator are preferred.

Sorry, but we can't accept art that has been created in Photoshop, Publisher, Word or has been saved as a .jpg or .tif. For a more detailed description of artwork requirements, click here to download a .pdf. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 required.

Step 3 - Approve binder proof.

2-3 business days after receiveing your artwork, Portfolio Systems will send new customers a proof which shows exactly where the logos and names will be placed in relation to the binder dimensions. Customer must review and sign a faxed proof prior to beginning of custom binders.

It is very important that you review the proof carefully - once production is approved, no changes can be made to your order.

Custom binders take 4-6 weeks for delivery from approval of proof.

Step 4 - Receive your order.

Once binders are completed, they will be filled with inserts in our warehouse facility and shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped DHL Ground.

Overages: As part of the production process, overages may be produced to ensure quality. These overages (if any) will not exceed 10% of your order and will automatically be billed & shipped with your order.
