Listing Presentation Binder Customization Options

Our listing binders are manufactured with a smaller 1-inch ring size making them just the right size for your presentation. There are two ways to customize a Listing Presentation binder:

Personalized "Presented by..."

Add up to three lines of type to the bottom of your binder to fit within a 5" x 1.25" area. Our personalized books include the same inserts as the stock binders with the added benefit of having your own name on the cover.

Naugahyde Color choices: Navy, Green, Burgandy, Black
Ink Choices: Silver or Gold

Pricing for Personalized

Fully Customized

This option allows you to fully customize your own binder and includes all the features of the stock Listing Presentation plus customization on up to three different areas.

Front: One 4" x 3" area for your logo and/or graphics on the top center.
One 5" x 1.25" area for up to three lines of type on the bottom center.
One set-up fee applies to both areas on front.

Spine: One 1.25" x 8.5" area for binder title or description. One additional set-up fee applies.
