Homeowner's Records Portfolios

There are two ways to customize our Homeowner's Records Portfolios:

Personalized "Compliments of..."

Front Top: Use one of our stock logos on top center.

Front Bottom: Add up to three lines of type to the bottom of your binder to fit within a 5" x 1.25" area. Our personalized books include the same inserts as the stock binders with the added benefit of having your own name on the cover.

Naugahyde Color choices: Navy, Green, Burgandy, Black
Vynil Color choices: White, Red, Burgandy, Navy, Royal, Dark Green, Black
Ink Choices: Silver or Gold

Prices shown are per unit. Minimum order = 25. Volume pricing is available. Please call for details.

Fully Customized

This option allows you to fully customize your own binder. Includes all the features of the stock Homeowner's Records Portfolio plus customization on up to four different areas.

Front: One 4" x 3" area for your logo and/or graphics on top center. One 5" x 1.25" area for up to three lines of type on the bottom center. One set-up fee applies to both areas on front.

Back: One 4" x 3" area for graphics and/or characters. One additional set-up fee applies.

Spine: One 1.25" x 8.5" area for binder title or description. One additional set-up fee applies.
